Anyone here purchased furniture from them?  I'm looking at some chairs for my kitchen, and they look great online, but I've never purchased furniture online before and I'm a little scared.  The shipping too me is so cheap ($2.95), but I can't imagine what it would be to return them.  Probably half the cost of the chairs.  Anyone here have good luck with them?


 


BTW, I'm thinking of getting these chairs.  I'll probably paint them red and pop out the seat and recover in something else.

I just posted a question about their CS on the Toast and Roasts forum. I am super nervous after buying a bed from them this weekend.

Will be watching this post too too get some positive or god forbid negative feedback!

I bought my leather ottoman from them.  It is good stuff, and the shipping is low. 


I'd never try returning anything to them again though, it's a pain in the ass.  Once the product wasn't even delivered to me, DHL sent it back to them and they weren't going to refund my money, my credit card company had to investigate.

yeah refunds can be painful but threatening them on live chat or sticking your cc company on them will get you a refund.

I've bought a lot from them, but haven't gotten furniture yet (although I'm considering it). The thing to keep in mind about Overstock returns is that they charge a restocking fee - something like 15% - as well as a return shipping fee. So you should be pretty confident that you're not going to return whatever you buy - otherwise you'll get kinda screwed with $$.
