Does anyone know who the "actress" is in this annoying commercial? Not the bloated one, but her friend who eats Activia. I know her from something, but I can't place her. Maybe it's another commercial, I don't know, but every time I see the commercial it drives me crazy! HELP!!!
I don't know the actress but mabey you all can help me with something. Are these girls supposed to be in college? If so, they're really old for students.
I have no idea who the actress is, but that commercial drives me crazy!!! I really hate hearing about people's "irregularity" and whatnot and yes, they are WAY too old to be in college.
I haaaate this commercial. No clue who the actress is, but I just needed to vent my frustration with this commercial. The acting is beyond bad and no one with eyes would believe that those two are in college.
I am so glad someone brought this up - I HATE this commercial! it is soooo poorly acted and cast (maybe they're in grad school?) and at the end where the constipated chick says "c'mon, let's get out of here" seems so disconnected and she's not recognizable with her hair different, etc. -- I'm like, "who's that? oh - it's constipated chick... did she poop, and now she wants to go out?" sorry for being so graphic, but it just gets on my nerves.
on the flip side... it is so insanely irritable, that it has us talking about the product right? an effective commercial has you walking away with an impression/remembrance of the product. so as much as we all hate the commercial, you can't argue that it's effective in having you walk away knowing about the product. Even if you don't go out and buy it, the ad's still effective - we all know about the product, don't we?

yeah, thanks a lot...i just had to google it and watch the stupid commercial cause i was curious about the hatred. did you know they actually patened the stupid chemical/biological thingamijig that makes it good for constipation? and no, the website does not list the actresses name, nor does the commerical come up on imdb (not really sure why it would thought).

Yeah, so that was 67 seconds of my life I won't be able to get back. Bifidus REGULARUS ???? Give me a break. I was interested in trying that yogurt(not because of the commercial) at one time but it is full of sugar.
What is this with the ageism and college. I am 31 and go to college. And my classes are filled with people way older than myself. I don't think the girls were too old for college at all. They were roommates, who knows if they were in college. But to say they were too old for college seems kind of ridiculous.
god that was horrible and uncomfortable to watch. I'm sorry but that "active culture" sounds made up to me. And as someone who has irregularity I can say eating freaking yogurt everyday for the past 3 weeks has not made me normal.

I don't think that anyone was discounting that older people go to college. However, the way it was portrayed in the commercial was that of a typical college dorm experience. Most people beyond the age of 20/21 have zero desire to live in a dorm and/or participate in the college lifestyle. The whole commercial was based on a typical college lifestyle and let's be honest, the typical college experience takes place from ages 18-21.
