I read somewhere that the FDA does not permit hair products to carry SPF values because there is no way to know how much protection is provided.
And if they do, it is misleading because the only protection you'll be getting is if you actually rub it into your scalp. Your skin will be protected, but your hair will not.

aclassicbeauty is correct. Hair products do not contain SPF but they do contain UVA and UVB protectants. A lot of your "anti-fade" products contain great UVA and UVB protectants.
Redken launched a nice sun protectant line late this spring. There are products specifically for blondes and for brunettes. There is a leave-in detangler, an oil and a mask for after-sun.

Banana Boat makes a hair and scalp spray that is spuuosed to protect your head from the sun. It's in a clear blue bottle with a sprayer. I bought it a summer or two ago at RiteAid
Frederic Fekkai has some hair protecting spray that's brand new for summer. My Victorias Secret is carrying it right now, and it looks like it would protect your hair.
