I really need to lose weight in my stomach. I've been walking about 2.8 miles 6 days a week. So, my legs are now in good shape, but my stomach is still a bit flabby. Whenever I walk, it makes me sooo hungry and I end up eating more than I usually do.
What have you done to get your stomach into fab shape - what do you eat? What exercises ( besides crunches). I really really want to get rid of it. I need some advice/tips.
You can't really lose weight in a specific area..you can only tone the muscles in a specific zone. Even if your stomach muscles are totally toned, if you have extra weight in that section it may not matter too much. It really sucks.
Pilates will definitely work out your stomach muscles, though.
No real advice, but I just started my health kick, and initially I ate a lot more since my hunger grew from working out. But after a couple weeks my appetite was back to normal when my body got used to the workouts...not sure how that works biologically
