So today I am wandering Beauty First deciding how to spend my $10 reward certificate, and I happen upon Dermologica's precleanser. I was curious. I read the bottle and decided that it was worth the $36idh bucks if it worked. Well, IT WORKS!
Basically, it's this oily concoction that smells divine. It removes a bunch of build up, stubborn make up and even water proof mascara (it even removed my Lancome waterproof mascara which is the most stubborn I have ever known!). Any-who, it also mentiones that it removes the sebum from your pores too. Well, you know I had to try it, and I'd say that about 75% of my pores have disappeared after one use. I am pumped! The 'brown-heads' are mostly gone.
To use, tou rub this oily stuff on your face with dry hands. Then once you've rubbed a bit, you wet your hands and rub some more. Then you rinse and was with your facial wash. I personally followed with my 'purity' but used my facial brush.
I know at some point we had a discussion about 'brown-heads' and this was a wonderful cure. I'll keep ya posted if the remaining ones come out with a few more uses.

I'm a die-hard Dermalogica fan, but still think Purpose is the absolutely best for a liquid face soap. It removes all my make-up! I have never been particulary satisfied with Dermalogica in terms of cleansing and removing make-up simultaneously, but sounds like this might do the trick. Thanks for the heads-up.
Does anyone know if this product would be good for people with dry skin? Im interested in trying it out, but can't use it if it will dry out my skin, as it is already very dry.

You know, I've heard that baby oil does something similar for pores. A girlfriend and I tried it simultaneously. For her it worked wonders. She had all this black stuff on her cotton pad afterwards and her pores were seriously diminished. For me it never really worked. I wonder if this stuff would be better? Is there a sample anywhere out there?
Okay I got mine in the mail yesterday and used it and it REALLY works. It cleared out all the little pores and blackheads on my nose. I wish I had known about this sooner. It really seems like a miracle product.
I bought it as well. I've used it twice and haven't noticed a huge difference in my pores (I have very oily skin and get blackheads on my nose and chin). It does leave my skin soft and it seems to not get as flakey now from my other products. I'm going to keep at it and see if there is an improvement after a week.
OK...all of you have just about convinced me to buy this stuff. My problem is that I have blackheads on my nose. I don't mean to get gross sounding here, but I can pinch gunk out of the pores of my nose and then the blackness in the pore is gone. However, there is no way to get all of it and I end up with a very red nose. Do you think this stuff would help that?
