I ordered a blouse and dress from them and paid $23 in rush delivery fees because I wanted the dress for a graduation party I have coming up. I received the shipment today---- and the blouse is there but the dress is not. And the dress is what I really needed-- I justifed throwing the blouse in there since I was already making a purchase :)
I called Anthropologie's customer service number and they said that it must have been a mix-up in the warehouse and that they would send me another dress next day delivery. I sincerely hope they do or they are going to hear about it from me!
Anyway, I guess we can't expect online shopping to be fool-proof :)

Anthropologie resolved my dilemma with them nicely: they refunded the rush shipping and said that if I choose another dress (the one I wanted was out-of-stock), they would ship it next-day delivery free of charge. So all's well that ends well, right? :)
