The other day when I was eating a Mounds bar I was quite surprised at the amount of fat in it (50% DV of saturated fat!) I thought dark chocolate and coconut was a healthy choice! I guess those Hostess cupcakes I have been inhaling are quite the healthy alternative. They have 10% of your daily calcium and 4% of daily iron. And I usually eat two in a sitting, that's like downing a vitamin! Just see for yourself!
Haha I was cracking up when I read this because this is how I justify things. I *love* Sonic's grilled cheese and I always justify eating them by saying the alternatives (McDonalds, Taco Bell, etc) are much worse.

I think these were also one of the few within the similar products that didn't include "animal shortning" as an ingredient. Isn't all that sodium bad though? If I crave something chocolate I usually have a cup of cocoa. Something sweet? Some honey peanutbutter yummm.
