ILoveChoo- I thought I was the only one like that. The last time I had a cold, I had tons and tons of energy. But I knew that I wouldn't be able to go to the gym. I did some in home exercises like push-ups and some pilates moves. So if you can't run, 15 minutes of that can keep up your metabolism and satisfy your need to run!
