This is totally totally ridiculous, but for anyone who cares to indulge me...
This guy sent me pictures of this trip we went on and signed the card he enclosed with the CD... "With heart, John" (the word "heart" was written out, he didn't draw a heart)
What does this mean? Just that I'm crazy, right? Thanks.

first, be thankful he did not draw a heart - that would be just weird...
were you romantically involved in the past?
did he compile the pictures on his own volition? was it a surprise or was it discussed?

We were not romantically involved. He's a friend of a friend I met on the trip and I had discussed sending pictures with him. I was into him and was getting totally mixed signals from but there was no way we would've hooked up on the trip we were on (families were involved and drinking was not).
Basically I just thougt it was a weird way to sign a card and was hoping it means he loves me. Ha.
"with heart" -- it's unusual... but I think he's trying to tell you he likes you... with his heart... vs. other organs... or maybe with other organs, but the heart was more appropriate... maybe he likes you with his heart and soul...
what are you going to do about it?

Gosh, I'm kinda stumped on this one! "With heart"??? And he spelled out "heart"??? That's kinda weird. Especially for a guy.
I think it probably means he's into you, but doesn't want to drop major clues just in case you're not interested. I also think that he probably wouldn't go to the trouble of a) making a cd w/ pictures, b) buying a card, and c) signing the card "with heart", if he wasn't at least somewhat interested. (How's that for over-analyzing??? )
Anyway, if he lives close by, see if you can take him out for coffee or something as a thank you and up the ante a little on the charm and flirtation and see what happens. If you don't live close by, drop him a thank you email and see what the response is.
I'm a little torn here. It stands out to me as a little weird and seems like he could be testing the romantic waters a little bit. But, Claudia's suggestion that it could be a joke seems like a possibility too, if you guys have that sort of relationship or that's his personality. I totally second the suggestion of trying to get some alone time with him to "thank" him for sending the pictures- something small and not intense, like lunch or something seems like a good idea.

i don't mean to generalize, but i feel like the only guys who write that without meaning they like you are homosexual, and if they're not homosexual and they write it, it means they're straight and they like you.
