I am really sensitive to too much milk products in my diet. As a child I was allergic, and now it is more of an intolerence. I know this, so I have to eat this in moderation. Try to identify if this problem is food related- sometimes we can spontaneously develop intollerences, or allergies to foods that we could eat before with no problems. Another problem that seems to be getting more and more common with women is irritable bowel syndrome. There are many sites on the web that you can look to to see if they mimic your symptoms. Another idea, have you had your recent Gyno exams?- Make sure this is also off your list- some problems with bloating can also, be attributed to this.
It helps me to drink a LOT of water (it sounds counterintuitive, but I think it helps a lot) and to work out HARD - really work up a sweat. Also, it is very likely related to a food intolerance. I rarely eat eggs, and cannot eat preservatives (citric acid, high fructose corn syrup - and weirder things, like grapes, because they're sprayed with some sort of anti-bacterial thing). Good luck!
