Anyone had this before? I made this last night (I did a lot of cooking yesterday since I had the day off and I already cleaned over the weekend - damn ice).
It was super easy to make and super yummy. It's only 4 points per serving and it took about 10 minutes to make. I left the recipe at home but I'll go get it at lunch and post it if anyone wants it.
Half of a 12-ounce can frozen orange-strawberry-banana juice concentrate, thawed (I used strawberry and banana and oops! I used the whole can, not half. Just realized that.)
In blender or food processor (I used hand mixer), combine juice concentrate, cream cheese, and pudding mix; process until smooth (mine still had lumps).
Transfer to large bowl; fold in whipped topping and strawberries
Transfer to pie crust; spread evely. Cover and refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours
