are there any good exercises that target that spot between the arm and chest? like the outside of the arm pit? i hate when mine squishes out when i wear strapless or halters, etc. and i don't know how to get rid of it..
am i even making sense as to what part I am talking about?
ugggh, yes, i hate this and have battled it my whole life. stuff that works your pecs, i think, will do it -- like chest presses and push ups and also flys -- that one where your arms are straight out, elbow is bent up at 90 degrees and you close your arms in to the center.
I think pull ups would really help. I know, pull-ups! They are impossible! I can only do like 2 and it took me weeks to get to that! However, if you can pull it off...I think you would notice results
I swear by push ups and pull ups, because they work a lot of muscles that contribute to chub - pecs, lats, all your arm muscles and the ones on the sides of your torso.
Do you belong to a gym? If you do, it probably has the machine that lets you adjust how much of your body weight you are "lifting" in a pull up. I can pull up about 50-60% of my body weight.
