L: Salad (this is when I am good) w/ fat free salad dressing with bottle of coke zero
S: Milanos from the vending machine I should have gotten the twizzlers but the milanos called to me and said yo' bitch you need a chocolate fix
S: Had a long a** commute home and craved M&Ms had a few scoops into our big bag of sin
D: having gyro meat salad with the inlaws focus on the salad part. Totally going to be over my WW points for the day but I guess that is why there are flex points!
Oh and exercise? Its friday, i am coming off a pulled calf muscle so nothing today hoping to get new running shoes this weekend and I will get my bootie to the gym

I get in my "milks" by eating a yogurt & cereal. Cheese also counts to some extent. I never get in my oils.
On a side note, I looked at albertsons & walmart for whipped peanut butter today & didn't find it at either.
