i've been working like a dog this week and this is the first time i have even had time to post let alone look at ST... so thats where i've been.
anyway- today:
e: walked 20 mins. need to do something else though... am feeling v. lazy
b: piece of cheese, hot tea, oatmeal & raisin granola bar
l: 1/2 tuna sandwich on wheat (which i made myself! you guys have NO idea how much I am stepping out of my box to actually fix food!), water and some low fat cheesy chips
d: i am thinking of *gasp* making dinner tonight. i'm not sure what i want to do but it has to be quick and easy!
E: So proud of myself! I walked to the gym in the snow, did the HIIT workout that Jen posted with some slight modifications, and walked home from the gym.
HIIT w/my mods:
3min - walk @3.5
1min - run @6.5
1min - walk @4
20min - sprint 30 sec, rest 90 sec, repeat
2min - walk @4
2min - walk @3
1min - walk @2.5

D: Now I am really bad my fiance calls to tell me he is going to a party but I am already in my pjs for the night 2 string cheese sticks, some chips with Guacamole, and a bag of 100 calorie popcorn
Exercise: Took car to be fixed walk home from body shop - 1mile! in heels with my laptop bag (extra weight)
