I ordered a couple clothing items (they get the cutest stuff) on Sunday for a two-day ship. It should be here today. I should have called Monday, but I called today to make sure my order would arrive today. So, they ran out of an item, and have been holding my order ever since. Didn't call, email, whatever. The rep said don't worry, they will still be shipped two day service for you. Gee, thanks... for nothing. I cancelled the order and let them know I was disappointed.
On the flip side, shopbop.com is doing inventory and they weren't supposed to ship til middle of this week on all orders (per a big fat notice on web page and when checking out). So I called and an associate hooked me up with superfast shipping and I got a super-cute Ella Moss tunic in moss green for my vaca tomorrow!
when did shopbop have the inventory thing on their site? i ordered a coat from them on mon. (after trying unsuccessfully to get it over the weekend) and they haven't shipped it yet, or at least i haven't gotten the confirmation.
I didn't notice that, honey. It must be a new thing. Give them a call; they may be behind because they were doing inventory the week before last and I think the first part of last week. Hope you get it soon.
