I thought I'd post some more "finished" pictures. Still need to hang the mirror but...

The room is kind of "L" shaped so it's hard to take pictures in there, but here are a few (sorry they are so big, not sure how to re-size):

Oh, it looks juuuuust right!  I adore the paneling.  and the chair rail.  and the windows.  and those lovely lovely floors!  Is yours an older home?  It looks so charming.

ejc, yes the house was built in the early 1900's. I really love the skinny plank hardwood throughout the house, it was a big draw to this home.

Thanks ladies, we love the room too. Even hubby goes and sits in there for a bit pretty much every night. Now we judt need the little one...

I am glad you went with those curtains - they are darling....which reminds me I never posted pics of our nursery - I'll have to do that one of these days. I love those curtains - I think they soften up Talia's nursery - they have the same effect in Madeline's!
