i just got back from the gym and i find myself all tight in my neck. i noticed today on the elliptical that i seem to tense up when i work out. (i do the elliptical with the arms amoung other things..) i get a massage about once a month (maybe more like every 6 weeks), but is there anything i can do in the meantime, or a posture check that i can do while i'm on the machines?
