For those of you who watch Soprano's - just thought I'd read what I just read on E!online.  Here's the scoop on the new season, which starts in March.


1. Next season is IT. Final. Done. Kaptuz. That according to David Chase. But the good news is that we will get an extra 8 eps (a la final season of Sex and the City).

2. Juliana Margulies, Ben Kingsley and Tim Daly are all guest starring in the new season -- and from the clips they showed, Juliana and Tim are really mixing it up with the main characters (Juliana as a love interest).

3. Daly has a scene where he's getting his ass kicked. (Poor thing -- ABC already did that to him last season with Eyes!)

4. Lorraine Bracco's sister Elizabeth is also playing a small character this season -- one of the wiseguy's wives.

5. Tony and Carmela definitely together in the new season.

6. Big Love (the polygamist series that is getting GREAT buzz) will also premiere with The Sopranos in March, with Sopranos as its lede-in.

7. James Gandolfini said his favorite scene this year was with Robert Iler, which they shot a few weeks ago and refered to him as "an amazing actor."

8. Lorrraine Bracco said we will see a lot more of her this season, with Tony in her chair, and that she doesn't think her rape, or a romantic relationship with Tony, is something that will come up again before the show ends.


Don't know about you girls, but I'm so excited!

This has been one of my fave shows and I will be sad to see it end, but I am glad they are giving us 8 extra eps. I just hope they tie everything together and not leave us hanging like they did with Carnivale.


Now when Deadwood also comes back I will be just too happy!

Woohoo!  This show is the only reason I have HBO!  I am sad to see it end, but I am sure they will go out in a bang.  Too bad they won't bring up the storyline of Tony and Melfi's rape and relationship issues--the BF and I were just talking about how we'd love to see that storyline go somewhere.
