And yet another iPod question

My sister and I got iPod Nanos for Christmas. Mine is working fine. She can't get hers to connect with her laptop. When we plug my iPod into a computer (mine or hers), iTunes opens. When we plug hers in, nothing happens. Why is this? We installed them the same way, so I don't think that could be the problem.


Another thing... when I hook up my iPod to the computer, it says "Do Not Disconnect" but hers just stays on the menu.


 


 


ETA: Nevermind... I reset her iPod and all is fine now.
