NYE bottoms help

I am wearing a bronze-y brown silk halter top and want to wear jeans.  The top is similar in shape to this, but not snake print.  It's solid. 


Which might look better:


1.  meli-melo denim gauchosw/similarmarinka boots


2.  louie doble jeansw/ brown heels


3.  other (make suggestion)


 


It's just a casual crowd of a few friends.  No biggie.

i'm a big fan of cropped pants and boots. it makes the outfit a bit more interesting than the standard jeans & cami. plus i'm wearing cropped pants & boots tonight too.

Hmm, I vote for the jeans and heels look.  The cropped pants/boots are cute, but those jeans are awesome, and for NYE, I think the jeans and heels look is a bit more sophisticated.
