Okay, well for me I forgot to look at the paper so when I went to the gym for week 2 last Friday, I did 90 seconds of jogging w/ 60 seconds of walking (reverse of week 1). I'm such a moron!! Anyways, I am going to finish that this week and start the REAL week 2 on Jan 1st or 2nd (depending on how hungover & where I'm at on the first).
I'm starting Week 3 January 2nd. We'll see how it goes. I may have to do it for two weeks since it's been awhile since I've done Week 2 but I refuse to go backwards! Forward marching only! I'll update next week.
I started Week 1 this week! It's pretty much what I already do, but I wanted to start at the beginning. Today will be my second day, so I'm not very far, but I'm getting there!

after a 2-week break due to us being sick, my husband quit on me! So I am on my own for week 3 (AGAIN). I hate running alone -- do you think it would be mean to make one of my dogs run with me?

I completed the program in July but pretty much haven't run much at all since then. I think I may start over again at the first of the year. We should do a little C25K challenge, that way it may help stay motivated :)
