I ordered two pairs of boots - they had a bunch for $39.99 and a 20% off/free shipping deal so hey.
One of the pairs was wrong - very similar style but different brand, different SKU, even a different price. I contacted CS and they sent a return label and shipped out a replacement. Very easy, I just had to schlep to UPS but cool.
I got the replacement item yesterday and they sent the same (wrong) ones! I am giving up. I was having second thoughts about them anyway.
Weird! Their inventory system must be screwed up--at least with regard to the pair you are trying to order. I find myself expecting too much from companies' inventory systems these days. I think we're so used to super efficient companies like Amazon; it's hard to give a break to the smaller companies.
