These are very simple questions but I would like to not sound like every single applicant.
Help me find different ways to answer these questions:
Why are you interested in working for our company?
*Just a little background info: this company has been around for years and has several store under its umbrella. I work for a reputable retailer now but I currently want to move in another direction (specialty retail) and also have better oppotunites for advancement. I also have a bachelor's in fashion merchandising if that means anything.
What didn't you like about your previous jobs?
*I was micro-managed when given my current promotion, and also feel I was under paid.
