d: uh-oh... going to my dad's tonight so unhealthiness awaits! won't be here tomorrow so i'll have to report monday, probably pizza or the like.
e: tried my hardest to get up at 6am to workout before work, but to no avail! i am going tomorrow AM for sure though (day off of work so i'll have plenty of time).
Alright. I'm in. Like totally 100% in. Anyone read about that professor guy who did the "eat whatever you want" diet and he lost 115 lbs or something like that? I decided to try it this weekend. Yeah. I gained 5 lbs. Excellent. I'm officially a pudgy ass right now. Everything feels tighter too. Ick. I hate yahoo news for posting that stupid story!!! Today is my very last day of eating whatever. (Mainly because of the work xmas luncheon thing.)
S: brownie, 1 piece of chocolate, handful of edamame (grrr damn chocolate!)
L: 2 rolls (I was starving when I got there so I wolfed these down) chicken salad, a few curly fries from my friend's lunch, now I feel completely stuffed!

D: It's our 4 year anniversary, so we will be eating at one of my favorite places in town. I can't promise to be good.

D: Cream of Wheat.... When its snowy and icy out, it always gets me in the mood for this, and it would otherwise be healthy right? If I didn't put a few spoons of sugar in it :(
E: None... I dont belong to a gym at home because I have a gym at school, and it is way too cold for me to get out there to run!! So no exercise for me for the next few weeks... Blah
