Okay ladies, I know it's been a while, but I have actually been working out pretty consistently for about a month now! My only problem is that I cannot stop eating!!! And I wish it was at least healthy stuff, but it's sugar & carbs! Anyways, I thought I'd start this up again in hopes of monitoring my eating.
b: Autumn Wheat Kashi, FF Silk
s1: Chicken & Waffles ("festival of the eats" at work, people bring in all kinds of junk)
s2: brownie cupcake thing, rice crispy cupcake thing (boss gave us our holiday gift/snacks)
l: tuna on wheat, low fat string cheese
s: banana
d: leftover rice-a-roni recipe that is sooooo good (has chicken, tomatoes, zucchini), probably not the healthiest thing ever, but not that bad
e: none today, going to a concert to hopefully sell my tickets, but might have to stay if i can't... just so you know i've been going tho, yesterday I did upper body: bi's (20lb), tri's(30lb), back (rowing 50 lbs), back ("bendover" w/ 10lb weight), abs (hold self up & pick up legs), abs (crunch machine w/ 25 lbs) and 30 min on treadmill at 4mph
