I know there were a few discussions about the disappointment over this season. I would agree, but I think the past 2 or 3 episodes have been sooooooo much better. More like last season. Marc Cherry must be back to writing again. Anyone else still watch?
I'm still watching - I like it! Bree is about stupid telling that mean son about George - she is SO going to jail. There is talk that one of them will be written out so I wonder if they are going that route with her?
And poor Lynette - she gets it from both sides. From women looking down at her for working & then the mom looking down at her for working. It's so hard for moms rather you work or not. How sad.
I really do hate susan though - she is on my last nerve.
But i like the nun / carlos story line - so funny!

I'm pretty sure Bree won't get written off. I'd think Carlos would be written off or Tom would be before any of the main characters. Of course, since George is dead, maybe he was the character to get written off????
I think the detective will help Bree out in some way since he knows George killed Rex.
What I find weird is how last season Bree's son was a psycho, then he was fairly normal at the beginning of this season, and now he's a nut again. And how her daughter saw Bree screwing around while Rex was having a heart attack but now doesn't even bring it up (other than one brief mention a few episodes ago).
I'm not tired of Susan, but I'm already bored w/ the "dad" storyline. Hope it's done. And I don't like Lynette working. She's much better as a harried, I'm-gonna-kill-my-kids kind of mom. Plus, wasn't there supposed to be some storyline involving Tom and his "other" family?
I'm also done w/ the story line of the new neighbors. It's dragging, and I hate her jittery expressions all the time.
Oh, did we ever figure out if Bree's son was really gay? I thought I remembered him saying he was just doing it to screw around with his mom or just experimenting or something and then it seemed like they brought it back up again. Didn't he just say he was gay to get out of the all boys detention camp?

I guess you must not have watched the latest episode? He is DEFINITELY gay as there was a scene between him and what he referred to as his "very good friend" in which there was a lot of sexual inuendo and he tried to kiss his "friend". As for Bree going to jail, I don't think she will, I think that Andrew will try to balckmail her somehow; I don't think he'll turn her in like that. Also, I can see why she told him, I mean, he's her son and she loves him so first of all she thought it would help him heal and make him less mad at her, and second of all, why on earth would she think that her son would try to blackmail her? She obviously doesn't know what a psycho he is, which isn't suprising because she seems to be missing the "psycho detector" or something.
The Susan thing IS getting tiresome... she is waaaay too desperate (haha) about EVERYTHING and this storyline is boooooring.
Lynette's funny-- I like how there's always some new thing in her life that she has to manipulate, and it's entertaining how she always seems to be successful at it. I think though, that to bring back the lovable Lynette that people can really appreciate and laugh at, they need tie in her family more.
Finally, the Carlos/nun thing is kind of weird, but it is entertaining. Although I don't get where Gabrielle gets the "hot-nun" idea... I don't think she's all that hot. Plus, I just can't see Carlos going off with a nun... it's all very weird.
Finally now (for REAL!) the new neighbours thing is getting old. I hate how half the time they aren't even mentioned at all in the episode, I mean c'mon, if you aren't going to give us something new to chew on, then I don't really care as much, so hopefully they are going to branch out on this story instead of just giving it like 5 minutes every couple of episodes.
That's my two cents! Can you tell I HEART this show?!?!

I'm still watching and I've been loving it lately. But, what the hell kind of Nun acts the way Sister Mary acts? I am not sure where they are going w/that whole story line. I agree w/all of you about the new neighbors - that storyline is getting really old, really fast. They need to make something happen or move on. Susan annoys the crap out of me - she's always desperate over having a man love her. First Mike, now her dad. Ugh! I really love Bree and Lynette - they are the best characters on the show. I don't know what Bree's son Andrew has up his sleeve, but I think he's really going to do something horrible to Bree...that's just my two cents..
