As you may know, I ordered a Stirrup bag from the sale at Botkier.com on Friday (in the marigold color).
My credit card went through. I received a receipt and order confirmation via email.
Today, 5 days later, I email customer service to find out when my bag will be shipped. And I get a response telling me that they cancelled my order "due to unavailability". If this bag is unavailable, why the heck was it on the website!? And why didnt they contact me to tell me this? The fact that I had to contact them to get an update, is completely unacceptable.
The only note from Botkier was that I "should go the website and order something else". I am furious! They didnt even apologize.
I promptly emailed them back saying that they have HORRIBLE customer service and asked what they are going to do to rectify this situation.
