Several months ago, I pre-ordered the Twelfth Street slip dress from thefashionpulse.com and it was scheduled to ship out in mid to late November. I had actually forgotten about the dress then I received an e-mail about a week ago saying my order had been processed. Even though I had forgotten about the dress I still wanted it so I was excited it was being shipped. I was even more excited when I realized I wasn't being charged for shipping AND the dress was shipped priority so I had it in 2 days, which was great. After I received the dress and tried it on I was a little ambivalent about it and I'm really trying not to spend $ so I sent the dress back. Well, now I can't stop thinking about it so I called fashionpulse today and explained my situation and they're going to re-ship the dress back to me. The girl I spoke with was so nice and helpful. I always appreciate a good shopping experience and this definitely qualifies.
Yes, I've bought from them before and the salesgirls were very nice and helpful on the phone and over e-mail. It was probably my best online shopping experience.
