My boyfriends mother brought over a centerpiece of sorts for Thanksgiving.  Um, thanks.  She has different tastes than mine.  Since this was not something I want my family to see when they come over, I went down to the craft store to get stuff to make my own!  So proud of myself!

She brought over that turkey?!  Oh man, you better hope she doesn't give you any other gifts like that (just think, it is the thought that counts).

I hope she was being sincere instead of being sneaky cruel.  We will be having a lot of people over so two different tables, her turkey can sit on her table where she can see it!

As a florist, and designer, I am giving the thumbs up! You really did a great job. The shape is really good relative to the container. And I like how you clustered your color to make a strong focal- you probably did this not realizing that it was what is most pleasing to the eye. Anyways - want a job? Ha!!

Thanks!  It was really easy to put together since all the Fall Harvest collection was in one area and I picked up the warm colors to use.  Then I imagined how it would look if I had bought it at a floral shop and just put it all together.
