Natural toothpaste and deodorant?
Permalink Closed

I am almost out of toothpaste and deodorant, and wondered if anyone has a natural toothpaste or deodorant to recommend. I am trying to replace my standard toiletries with better-for-me versions as I run out, but don't have the money or patience to try a bunch until I find one I like.

For toothpaste I really like Xyliwhite by NOW Foods...not easy to find but cheap. I stock up at iHerb.com a few times a year. Here is one flavor but there are a few to choose from:

I am less successful in the deodorant category. This works OK except in the height of summer when I tend to break down and use a commercial brand. So-called natural deodorants sometimes need to be reapplied during the day 'for best results.'

Avon actually makes some decent deodorants, or, they once did. Cannot vouch now, but at least they're not tested on animals.

Weird - I thought I responded to this. Trader Joes has good all-natural toiletries and good prices (comparatively)
