I don't think I'll be getting any exercise tonight!
FH was cranky last night, so we didn't go for a walk and he ended up ordering a pizza for dinner because he didn't want leftover chili .

L: 2 pieces of leftover pizza
S: Frozen grapes, peppermint tea
D: Barbecued chicken, brown rice, green beans
E: I highly doubt it. Unless you count typing and walking around Target as excercise .
i've already gotten a bad start....

e: none, OC is back!! i need to create a routine though because i haven't worked out in ages! btw, i had hamburger helper for dinner last night... didn't end up going out w/ JB after class.

L: chicken salad with granny smith apples and walnuts over baby spinach and a big sugar cookie to make my somewhat healthy lunch, unhealthy

E: 1.5 hours on stairmaster, alternating 20 minutes really fast with 20 minutes slow.
