oh you are too good! i lost hope w/ this thread because i would always post my food, but i'd end up eating a bunch of junk on top of it, or instead of it! just curious beachgirl, is that really everything you are gonig to eat today? like what about snacks (good and/or bad)? my problem is i eat really healthy & get all my fruits, veggies, dairy, bread, protein in, but i also eat a lot of candy which is always readily available here at work. today i am going to hold back because i will be seeing JB tonight (JB = jailbait, my affectionate nickname for the 21 YO guy i'm seeing) and i'm afraid if i eat junk it will make my breath smell bad!

Hey yall. I've been bad already today but I did earn an exercise dollar last night and I plan on earning that for today too and focusing on the diet part tomorrow. We are in "crunch time" so I'm snacking at my desk which is bad!!! Only 3 more days of this hopefully!!!
B: Sara Lee Delightful Bagel (2pts) with Mixed Berry Cream Cheese (2 pts), 1/2 c of skim milk (1pt)
S: 2 funsized 3 musketeers and a tiny snickers (4 pts)
L: Mexican and we'll leave it at that (100000000 pts )
D: unsure right now if I can eat at home it will be left over Turkeyburger helper or a sandwich and salad
E: 35 mins on the treadmill (2 pts earned and 1 exercise dollar towards the chanel sunglasses fund)
I am trying not to snack for the next week or two and jumpstart my diet, but usually I do have a snack in the morning and also on my way home from work so I'm not famished when I get home.
I have found the BEST snack, roasted & salted almonds. I don't like almonds usually, but I love these, and a small handful makes such a big difference. I'll have a handful with some water and it will fill me up.
If I eat snacks, I usually have granola bars, fruit, edamame and things like that. Also, in the afternoons I have this stuff called RedAlert, it's a powder that contains fruits & veggies. I drink it w/about 8 oz of water and it's filling, and very healthy.
Oh, and I should probably add that I have 1 redbull every morning on my way to work...
