B: Kashi Go lean crunch with 1/2 c skim milk and 3 strawberries (3 pts)
L: Turkey Sandwich from Jason's Deli with no Cheese (7 pts!!! ) Chips (4 pts)
D: Turkeyburger helper (6 or 7 pts per cup but I might cut down to 3/4 c or 1/2 cup), salad (1 or 2 pts), veggie (0 or 1 pt)
S: maybe some sugar free low fat ice cream if I have the pts to spare
Exercise: at least 20 min of pilates (1 pt earned) or 35 mins walking (2 pts earned)
B: coffee (1 pt for hald and half)
L: veggie chili (3 pts), LF saltines (1 pt)
S: 2 mini snickers (2 pts?)
D: rice (3 pts), marinated chicken tenders (2 pts), spinach (0)
E: I am planning on running 2 miles, however long that takes me.

D: Homemade turkey chili (lowfat), cornbread, salad
E: 40 min. walking
B:1 eggo w/tsp of syrup
S:1/2C cottage cheese and a sliced pear
L:Lowfat Shrimp roll (maki/sushi?)
D:chicken breast and 1/2C brown rice
E:1 hour walking
I'll probably head for some halloween candy for dessert
