hey girls, I thought I might jump on the weight loss bandwagon! I gained so much this summer (due to stress) and then I kept eating. I want to be my regular size 12 (or even a size 10 which I was for a while) - but definitely not what I see in the mirror now, which is sz 14. So I guess I want to lose 10 lbs... Any tips? WW worked for me in the past but I found it hard to get back to it.
Other than working out and eating right, this really helps me a lot;
Drink water only, no soda and other calorie drinks. Water has zero calories! Think about it this way, you're drinking away calories you could otherwise save for more solid, filling foods that will satisfy your hunger longer than a soda.
