Only about 15-20 lbs (the extra 10 that I somehow managed to put on during the summer and then about another 5-10 lbs). I have started walking at lunch and cut back on my eating (I like to eat!!). Any tips for me?
hey - i know you've heard about this a million times - but weight watchers really really works - and it's not just for really overweight people - it not only helps you lose the weight you want to (and it's easier than you think!) but it really helps you realize how much fat, calories, etc that are in things. i was never good at calorie counting, and still am not a wizard at it, but i'm much more aware of everything - it helps me think twice about whether or not i REALLY want that double quarter pounder with cheese ... or the cheese cake (omg that one is RIDICULOUS!)
oh and you can also do it online if you don't want to go to the meetings ... i just went to one meeting and never went back - to learn how things work and get all the informational material.
