Well ladies, I had a first interview for a fabulous new job this morning and I REALLY want it.  I was asked back to meet with the VP of HR tomorrow which is fantastic news.  They were interviewing 3 people and 2 got asked back so I have a 50-50 shot.  I NEED to get this job!  I am the perfect fit for it and it will finally be the break that I need to get my career going forward the way that it should be.


Sooooo I am asking all of you ladies to say a little prayer for me or send me some good vibes (if you don't pray) that all goes well tomorrow.  After the VP meets both of us they are planning on making the decision so I could possibly know by the end of the day tomorrow.  Wouldn't it be great if I could celebrate a new job while I am at Sox park watching the White Sox beat the Red Sox?!  It would be the best of both worlds!!

BTW, I did root for them to beat the Yanks and win the series last year though.

hahaha....  thanks for your support last year, farrah!  glad to hear that you weren't rooting for the "evil empire."    i have to admit, i'd like to see the white sox win a WS soon since it's been sooooo long for them (and the cubs too- geez, what is it with chicago teams?).  but not this year!  not at my boys' expense!
