Tati, sorry I don't have the info you seek, but your post made me think of when I was in elementary school and we had to take cod liver oil capsules every day. I am really making myself sound old, huh?? It was my first year of school, 1976 or 1977, and I think that was the last year for the cod liver oil pills. I remember some of the kids wouldn't take them and would instead squeeze the capusle until it burst and squirted the oil everywhere. Thank you for the trip down memory lane!!

I take 1000mg of Omega 3 everynight before I go to bed. I don't take it for weight loss but I have noticed that I sleep better when I take it. I got mine at Central Maket, but I'm sure that any health food store or vitamin place would have a good selection. hth.
