Hi everyone:

We are currently looking at homeaway.com to try to find a place to stay in Portland, Maine.  We have found a few properties that would work but I'm wondring if there are other similar sites that people use to find homes that are equally good (or better).  Everyone I know uses homeaway but it would be good if there were other options.  Thanks!

no experience using homeaway, but have you tried googling rental cottages for the area you want?

Thanks, D. I looked up all of your links and I've seen all the eligible properties for us (ie two bedroom). It's good to know I've done a thorough search so now I can start narrowing down the possibilities.
