Have you heard of this place?  I can't decide whether or not I want to try it.  As I mentioned in an earlier thread, I'm going to be in Miami for a couple months, so I've been checking out Gilt City sales for that area.  They had a sale for IronFlower Fitness.  At first, I laughed and clicked to the next sale, but I can't stop thinking about it now.

I could use a little bit of a shakeup, as well as, a way to get in touch with my feminine side.  Trying a class here might be fun.  I am not loose enough to start with the Carmen Electra stuff, but I might take a pilates, barre, or belly samba class to start.

These two videos show a snippet from just about every class category they offer (a ton of them, btw), and it's done in a fun, lighthearted way.

BTW: Have you ever heard of AcroYoga?  It's wild!  I think that segment is part of the first video.

Here is the website for IronFlower

It does look like fun. And anytime you can do something that combines fun and exercise, I say give it a shot!
