so i ordered some items from there because i just couldn't get them out of my head, and i believe that until a store screws you over, it's ok to give them a chance.  so i did with much apprehension....


i called and talked to a lady and told her that i was concerned because online it always shows the items as available, and i didn't want to place the order unless i knew that i could get the items.  well she checked my three items and two of the three were in stock.  the other would be available mid-sept.  since some of the items do not come from a warehouse, but rather from independent designers, in some cases, out of people's homes, etc...they have to put in requests for the items so that's why it shows it's available.  no problem.  i ordered. 


well i got my first item a week later.  my second item today, and the third i don't expect for a couple more weeks since she said it was back ordered.  when i got my first item, no coupon code was applied.  so i called and a new lady was so freaking nice, apologizing, and she said that she was marking the coupon from all items off of my last item since my second item was in already in the mail.  she said that if i did caps, or something like that, it maybe didn't "understand".  no problem.  while there was a slight glitch (we'll see when i get my third item if the coupon code is applied), i would order from them again since it was faster than i expected, and the customer service (twice) was very nice to me.  maybe i caught them on a good day, i don't know, but i just wanted to share that the experience was not a nightmare as many people have said theirs was.

nah.... i was still too nervous even though my coworker told me she ordered from them pretty regularly with no problems...


good to know they were good with your stuff though...


maybe i'll give them a shot..

I would never order from them but I have heard that it's better if you order over the phone rather than online.

that sucks.  i really didn't want to, but i couldn't get the items out of my head, and one of the items was kinda a gift so i think that's why i took the risk.  maybe they are reforming?  i just felt that since they had good customer service, i should share it, since all my previous knowledge of the store has been bad news.
