Yay! I am down another 2 pounds for a otal of 12.5 pounds in 4 weeks. Yippeee! And I didn't even do well with my exercising this week, but it seems as if my eating was enough.
I am determined to lose 3 pounds this coming week. I am going to walk the pounds away. That's my short term goal.
We are going on a cruise on Sunday, so I really need that short term goal to keep me motivated.
And tips for snacks? I am having such an issue with late night snacking - I really need to find a zero point something to have on hand.....but i'm sure that's too much to wish for

The best zero point snack are baby carrots. About 20 of them = 1 point. I just finished off half my daily ration of carrots. I eat about 40 per day, 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 during or after school.

baby carrots and pepper strips make great snacks. you can make dip w/FF sour cream and onion soup mix that is super low in popints too (I think it's 1 point for 2T?)
