I'm going to New Orleans next week for a long weekend.  Any reccomendations for things not to miss or places to eat?  I've been wanting to visit for years and am very excited to finally be going!

I always enjoyed the food at Palace Cafe near the Quarter on Canal Street. I haven't been in a long time but if I think of anything else I'll let you know. :)
