What type of romantic things do you do for your SO.  From simple to grand.  Whether you've done it before or always thought about it.

i planned a surprize picnic in a gazebo in a park near us.  i got take out from a local place we love and lit a bunch of candles.  it was a weeknight, so to get him there i called and said that i took a different route home from work and then got a flat tire.  i gave him directions to the park to come help me change my tire.  he was pleasantly surprized to find dinner waiting and no flat tire.

i travel a lot for work- so i put post-its on our headboard on our bed behind the pillows that say things like "i love you!  i miss you!  sweet dreams and good night!" and i write on the bathroom mirror with dry erase marker and say "hello gorgeous!  i miss you!"

kinda cheesy- but i found that he keeps all the post-its that i write him in his bedside drawer!  so at least i know he likes it if he is keeping the notes for sentimental reasons!

That's so sweet! Along the same lines, it seems like a quick phone call after he's had a stressful meeting, or leaving a note in his bag if his day will be stressful, is really appreciated - they're not big things, but they show you're paying attention.

Presents at random times are great for anyone.

Are you looking for ideas for a specific context, or just a fun poll?

A little bit of both.  I thought it would be a good way to get new/fun/different ideas.

I love the idea of the dry erase marker on the mirror. It wipes off okay? I can just imagine writing a romantic note on the mirror and my FH freaking out because he thinks I used a Sharpie or something.

Oh that would be awful! They wipe off just fine. But don't leave them on too long, because that can make them a little harder to get off.
