At this time, I have to apply as a continuing ed/non-student because the graduate certificate I want is not available fully online, but some of the classes are. Apparently, I'll be able to roll over the classes I take as a continuing education particpant into the actual program when they put it all on the web.
Kent State University (incidentally, where I earned both my bach and master's degrees!), offers a User Experience Design Graduate Certificate (and master's program). http://iakm.kent.edu/home
I'm so excited. This marks a major career shift for me. I can use it in higher education (where it is sorely needed) or in other sectors.
Oh awesome! Congrats on pursuing a new career and best of luck to you! User exeperience is a fun field. I've been working on it at my current job with our upcoming website redesign.
