ok, i'm in a lull at the moment, but i'll blame it on being slightly sick


b: puffed kashi, silk, blueberries


s: zone bar (210 cals!! )


l: veggie salad


s: yogurt and/or peach (that damn peach has been in the fridge all week & i've been too lazy to eat it!)


d: vietnamese sandwich (courtesy of coworker, for picnic at the pier tonight)


e: NONE!  going to the pier w/ coworkers right after work to listen to live music & picnic.

b: 2 WW waffles with natural pb and low sugar jelly, banana, coffee


s: bread and carrots with spinach dip and brie (co-worker brought in)


l: pita with chicken, veggies, and tzatziki.


s: sliver of a chocolate muffin (same spread from co-worker), thinking about coffee to help my food coma

s:  granola bar, then an apple an hour later


d:  will be a pork chop w/ orange/mustard/cranberry sauce (yum!) and salad


e:  none--it's hot and I'm lazy, truth be told

B: Cereal and skim milk

S: Jello Sugar Free 10 Cal

S: Peach

L/D: I was really busy today, and then I stopped for a second and I ate at entire row of saltines and strawberry cream cheese. I make really bad food choices sometimes. Needless to say, I'm still full from all those crackers and cream cheese.

S: A couple of Brazillian nuts and some of these yummy apple rings from trader joes. And i think theyre really good for you becasue the only ingredient is granny smith apples! No added sugar or anything!

E: None tonight, I think I'm going to see that new Gus Van Sant movie, Last Days. If I don't go to see it, I'll try to jog a bit tonight. Oh, I forgot, I tried out this small ab workout that I read about in Shape Magazine. It wasn't too much, but I might try doing it everyday to see if it works.
