haha, not sick (well, actually ya a little) just lazy. i have been snacking on a lot of junk today & wasn't up to posting. the date went awesome tho, thanks for asking. he's a total sweetie & we had lots of fun!
B: Egg Beaters with some ketchup and some smoked salmon (part of my good skin diet). Then I needed to have alittle something sweet, so I had a sugar free 10 cal jello snack.
S: Plum, and then I couldnt hold it in and I had a Choco Taco. Amazing icecream thats 290 calories
L: Whole Wheat bread with fat free turkey and honey mustard; another plum!
D: A salad that consists of avocado, tomato and cucumber. Then some sautted mushrooms and a slice of w/w toast with seafood salad. And then a 10 cal sugar free jello! (love that stuff!!)
E: I'm going to try to jog as best I can. I'm still trying to get into shape, so hopefully I'll be able to jog about half a mile without stopping.
d: some ground beef/onion/beans crap and chips. It was supposed to be nachos but I realized too late that we were out of salsa and it was kind of gross.
