Where are my ladies at today? Crystal are you still sick? How'd the date go?


B: 2 pieces w/w bread & 2 tablespoons whipped peanut butter


L: ham & swiss on w/w & baked doritos (yum!)


S: apple & some almonds


D: not sure yet - I'm cooking so it will be healthy


E: nope, got to go the store and begin the frantic cleaning of house and cooking. dammit.

b:maple and brown sugar oatmeal


l: 1 bowl special k and pineapple


snack: propel and 100 cal pack oreos


dinner: ww penne with spinach and arabiatta sauce, diet coke, 3 (little) chocolate covered strawberries my mommy made me!


probably 5-10 jordan almonds as a snack later on


e: 30 min fit to strip workout, and if i have time tonight i also want to do either one of the dance routines from the first dvd or the nyc ballet abs

haha, not sick (well, actually ya a little) just lazy.  i have been snacking on a lot of junk today & wasn't up to posting.  the date went awesome tho, thanks for asking.  he's a total sweetie & we had lots of fun!

B: Egg Beaters with some ketchup and some smoked salmon (part of my good skin diet). Then I needed to have alittle something sweet, so I had a sugar free 10 cal jello snack.

S: Plum, and then I couldnt hold it in and I had a Choco Taco. Amazing icecream thats 290 calories

L: Whole Wheat bread with fat free turkey and honey mustard; another plum!

D: A salad that consists of avocado, tomato and cucumber. Then some sautted mushrooms and a slice of w/w toast with seafood salad. And then a 10 cal sugar free jello! (love that stuff!!)

E: I'm going to try to jog as best I can. I'm still trying to get into shape, so hopefully I'll be able to jog about half a mile without stopping.

l: lc french break pizza


d: some ground beef/onion/beans crap and chips. It was supposed to be nachos but I realized too late that we were out of salsa and it was kind of gross.

I've been very bad lately and haven't posted, thanks to my vacation.  But I'm back on the wagon!  Yesterday I had:


b:  cereal, OJ


s:  Green tea, yogurt


l:  Izze soda, wrap


s:  apple, granola bar, string cheese


d:  pasta, 40 cal. fudgecicle


e:  walked 30 min. around the lake near my house


My stomach has jet lag, so I'm eating CONSTANTLY!  Somehow I managed to lose a pound though!
