hello ladies! i did 5 sets of stairs yesterday & it was great! my right calf is a lil sore, but other than that i feel fine. also, the stairs are labeled w/ numbers, but they are all faded so i *think* there is about 189... there's at least 180 cuz i saw "18...". they are very steep too!

e: salsa class again tonight, it's not super intense, but i still sweat so i consider it a workout
