hello ladies! i did 5 sets of stairs yesterday & it was great!  my right calf is a lil sore, but other than that i feel fine.  also, the stairs are labeled w/ numbers, but they are all faded so i *think* there is about 189... there's at least 180 cuz i saw "18...".  they are very steep too!


b: puffed kashi, blueberries, silk


s: 5 m&m's, peach (i resisted free bagels this AM, even tho i love them dearly!)


s(2nd): 1/2 large all natural oatmeal cookie


l: veggie loaded salad w/ a lil italian, other 1/2 of cookie


s: yogurt


d: turkey burger, steamed carrots, popsicle


e: salsa class again tonight, it's not super intense, but i still sweat so i consider it a workout

D: having a picnic at a concert- I have a turkey-pastrami and swiss sandwich, and some choclate covered pretzels. And beer.


E: don't have time for a real workout, but will probably walk around a lot at the concert. And to and from the parking lot...

B: 3 corn tortillas


S: fat-free yogurt


L: 4 corn tortillas and 1 cup fat-free refried beans (too many carbs!!!!)


S: um... here's where I could lie but I won't. a big 'ole sugar cookie - oops!


S#2: nutri-grain bar


D: some kind of salad my friend is making - it's yummy


E: about to head over to the gym. just cardio today i believe. maybe a few arms but my arms are still sore from monday... we'll see.
