hello ladies.... okay, confession time! so i know i said i was gonna do the stairs friday after work, but i forgot i had to take my online final exam so i was at the office til 8pm! i did, however, dance for several hours & it made me sweat so i think i still got a workout! oh & i did the stairs yesterday, but i was planning on that anyways, so it doesn't make up for my sin.
b: puffed kashi, blueberries, silk
s: peach
l: salad w/ tomatoes, red pepper, corn, & carrots w/ italian dressing (not low fat, but i won't use much)
s: yogurt
d: turkey burger on ww bun, steamed carrots
e: salsa class tonight, i usually work up a sweat there.
oh & i tried on a size 2 skirt yesterday at zara (which runs small from what i can tell) & it fit! barely, but i was able to button it & everything! so i think i'll be okay for sebastian as long as i keep up the eating & step up my workout!
ETA: i forgot to do my whole "update as i go" thing, so i'm just hear to let ya'll know that so far so good, i've gotten thru lunch & held true to what i planned on eating.
I was horrible this weekend- my parents were in town so I ate a TON. And it was supposed to be back to normal today, but they decided to stay an extra night.

L: leftover spagetti, cupcake
D: dunno. going out with my parents.
E: depending on what they want to do, maybe some walking...but def. not a full workout.
omg - all my friends were in town this weekend and I ate soooo much. We went out dancing Saturday night so hopefully that burned off a bit of the brownie dessert but I doubt it did too much to help the massive amounts of french fries on Sunday!!! Eek!
B: fat-free yogurt & strawberries
L: garden sandwich & fruit from jason's deli
D: probably a veggie sandwich from the alamo (we're going to a movie tonight)
E: 40 minutes cardio (elliptical, treadmill, and bike machine but not sure how i'm breaking it up yet. it will probably depend on how sick i get of either) & arms tonight
i'm eating very badly today.. but at least i worked out a lot and was semi healthy this weekend
b: half bowl of smart start with 1% milk, banana
exercise: 15 minutes elliptical, arms, abs, and legs
lunch: pineapple, celery and pb, 15 wheat thins
snack 1: 1/3 kashi cookies and cream bar
snack 2: i'm thinking cheezits and a diet coke
dinner: no clue, b/c i have class and a group project from 5:30-10 yuck. most likely the rest of the kashi bar during the meeting, but mcdonald's french fries sound amazing right now:( so we will see..
