Like a true dork, I pre-ordered the Harry Potter book in, erm, December -- one for myself and one for my nephew. I paid $17.99 each, which is a pretty good deal, though Target has it for $16.99.


So today I checked my e-mail, and Amazon had sent me a notice saying they lowered their price to $16.99 and are automatically crediting me and everyone who pre-ordered for more -- no work needed on our end. It's just $1, but I love when companies do nice things like that without making us mess with it!
