e: AM hour walk... wanted to jog but i really hate running. i dunno what it is but it's the most uncomfortable thing ever for me. i can walk for hours w/ no problem but as soon as i start to run i can't wait to stop!
Crystal - I am soooo the same way about running! I just find it so jarring that I can't keep it up long enough for it to do any good . . .
Anyhoo, somehow I lost another pound . I'm not quite sure how that happened actually since I've been much looser on my 'diet'. Must be the increased activity level - yay!

L: WW spaghetti and turkey meatballs
S: Small spinach salad w/tomatoes and FF feta
D: ??? - quite possibly a Costco hotdog . . . my guilty pleasure!
E: None today - I'm still sore from my 6 hour shopping excursion yesterday and we are doing a 10 mile hike tomorrow. I'm considering it my day of rest!

your doing great sage! i got hit by the candy bug today, but i will get back on track this weekend. maybe u could try something fun to get u to work out (since jumping right into a gym isn't that easy to do). i started doing salsa w/ lilykind & while the lessons aren't that much work, once i start doing it for real i can see it being a good workout w/o feeling like one. also, u can go to the mall early & do a fast walk around it so that way u have something cool to look at. u can also incorporate stairs that way! i know this may seem like a old lady thing to do, but they've got the right idea!! good luck!
